Equip enlisted the expertise of the Warehouse and Logistics Specialists at Gideon Hillman Consulting, in order to provide design layout for all internal warehouse and operational areas within their new facility.
The Consultants at Gideon Hillman Consulting, carried out an initial review on-site, to understand the scope of the project, and to conduct an assessment of the facility, focussing on warehouse processes including but not limited to goods received, pick/pack and despatch.
From this review, the specialist Warehouse and Logistics Consultants were able to assess the facility layout, and evaluate and recommend optimised warehouse layouts and processes.
